Link Strengthens Ethical and Inclusive Supply Chains Through Women-Owned Business Certification

Link continues to strengthen its commitment to responsible sourcing and inclusive procurement through recent progress supporting Women-Owned Business certification initiatives across key partners in the LATAM region.
Working in alignment with the ethical, social, and sustainability standards required by global organisations such as L’Oréal, Link has actively supported partners in advancing internationally recognised Women-Owned Business certifications while reinforcing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) practices throughout the supply chain.

The achievement reflects a broader commitment to building a more inclusive supplier ecosystem while ensuring alignment with high standards relating to human rights, labour practices, environmental responsibility, and business integrity. The initiative also aligns with the growing emphasis global brands are placing on responsible procurement and supplier diversity as part of their long-term sustainability strategies.

Vanessa Fassolas, Regional Managing Director LATAM at Link, said, “This achievement reflects the strength of collaboration across our regional network and our shared commitment to building a more inclusive and responsible supply chain. Supporting supplier diversity initiatives is not only the right thing to do — it also drives innovation, resilience, and long-term value for our clients and partners.”

Emma Pomeroy, Chief Sustainability Officer at Link, added, “Advancing ethical sourcing and supplier diversity is a key part of creating meaningful impact across our global operations. Initiatives like this demonstrate how sustainability, governance and inclusion can work together to strengthen supply chains while creating opportunities for underrepresented businesses.”

The programme was further recognised through positive feedback from procurement stakeholders, reinforcing the value of advancing inclusive sourcing initiatives that contribute to stronger partnerships and long-term business impact.

Through initiatives such as these, Link continues to support clients with solutions that combine procurement excellence, sustainability, ethical governance, and meaningful social impact across global supply chains.
