Link Wins Prestigious “Golden Leaf Award” for Outstanding Global Partnership with Herbalife

We’re proud to announce that it has been honoured with Herbalife’s highly respected Golden Leaf Award, recognising exceptional vendor partnerships across the company’s global operations.

The award was presented during Herbalife’s 6th Annual Golden Leaf Awards ceremony, where senior leaders celebrated supplier partners who enable the company to deliver world-class nutrition products, empower distributors, and support communities across 95 markets worldwide.

The partnership began in 2021 with Herbalife appointing Link as its strategic sourcing partner for marketing goods and event activation. After a rigorous six-month tendering process, Link secured a three-year contract, extended by a further two years in 2024, thanks to its performance, innovation and measurable impact across Herbalife’s supply chain.

Transformational Performance Across Regions

Herbalife highlighted several achievements that contributed to Link winning the award:

  • Significant category transformation: Managed spend increased to 75% and still rising, driven by Link’s consistent performance and trusted regional support.
  • Global reach, local expertise: With approximately 30 European subsidiaries, Link delivers a personal, on-the-ground service across all key markets.
  • Creativity and dependability: Monthly inspiration sessions, consistent on-brand solutions, and the ability to deliver even the “impossible” within budget and deadlines.

In 2024, Link’s global impact was significant in the successful delivery of service to Herbalife across 25 countries. Leveraging economies of scale, Link achieved significant savings while generating substantial revenue beyond Europe, demonstrating both its scale and effectiveness in delivering value worldwide.

Herbalife’s procurement and marketing teams both praised Link for helping consolidate spend, streamline processes across geographies, and delivering consistently high-quality creative solutions.

A Partnership Built on Trust, Growth, and Momentum

Senior Herbalife leaders emphasised the strength of the relationship, noting that the first three years laid solid foundations for a genuinely collaborative partnership which has grown positively over time. They described Link as a strategic partner expected to support the vast majority of their global marketing projects into the future.

Accepting the award, John Pollock, Link’s Chief Sales Officer, expressed gratitude for the recognition and reflected on the journey, “We’re truly delighted and honoured by this award.
