Link Strengthens Senior Leadership Team to Power Next-Generation Value for Coca-Cola HBC

Link is proud to announce the strategic appointment of two seasoned industry leaders—Louise King and Nicola Cregan—who will play pivotal roles in advancing Link’s long-standing partnership with Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC). These appointments reflect Link’s commitment to continually enhancing its capabilities and bringing world-class expertise to deliver greater value and operational excellence for CCHBC.

Since the start of their partnership in 2018, Link and CCHBC have built a dynamic and scalable marketing services model. The collaboration covers a wide array of spend categories including Point of Sale, Print, and Promotional Goods. As the partnership evolves, Link is investing in top-tier talent to further optimise performance, support innovation, and enable sustainable growth.

Louise King joins Link as Operations Director, bringing extensive experience in operational excellence and transformation leadership. Previously with Oliver Marketing, Louise has delivered measurable impact across global brands such as Reckitt Benckiser and Diageo. Her expertise in streamlining workflows, overseeing large-scale transformations, and driving KPI-driven success will be instrumental in strengthening Link’s service delivery and innovation initiatives.

Nicola Cregan has been appointed as Account Director for CCHBC. With over two decades of experience in marketing and production, Nicola has held key roles at top creative agencies including Y&R, M&C Saatchi, WPP and Hogarth, managing successful campaigns for global clients such as Land Rover, Dove (Unilever), HSBC, and Bayer. Nicola began her advertising career with Publicis —where The Coca-Cola Company was among her earliest clients—bringing her full circle in this new role with CCHBC.
