·As a key member of the local in-market team you will support the delivery of a marketing services contract, covering the key categories of Print, POS and Promotional Merchandise.

Key Administrative Responsibilities
·Ensure invoicing in timely manner
·Monitor, manage and track client Region Age Debt
Key Direct Responsibilities
·Engaging with local client stakeholders to take new briefs, provide quotations and manage live orders through to activation in market.
·Ensure best in class customer service by resolving all issues in a timely manner
·Support the leadership team with data for presentations including MI reporting and QBR’s.
·Maintaining, managing and updating supplier database
·Ensure all orders are tracked and reported against set contractual obligations
·Process orders
·Process timely invoices
·Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
·Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
·Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files.
·Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
