Project Manager

•To manage and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.
Key Administrative Responsibilities
•Ensure invoicing in timely manner
•Monitor, manage and track client Region Age Deb
Key Direct Responsibilities
•Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resource allocation.
•Coordinate with account managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders.
•Track project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and resolve issues.
•Ensure quality control and compliance with client expectations.
•Process orders
•Process timely invoices
•Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
•Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
•Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files.
•Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
